We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to our patients, including but not limited to:
Assessing and prioritizing patient needs
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Educating patients and families on health conditions and treatment options
Documenting patient information and progress
Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population
Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Identify and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
Current RN license and certification in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or long-term care facility
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
