Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Lancaster, MA is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and part-time positions. Shifts: 3-11 FT and 11-7 PT, with same day pay and shift differentials up to $3 per hour.

Pay ranges from $34 to $46 per hour, all-inclusive, with robust benefits. The RN will provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, document care plans, and collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
• Implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
