Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document resident condition, progress, and responses to care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity, sensitivity, and inclusivity in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
