Job summary

RegalCare at Wakefield in Wakefield, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team and provide patient-centered care.

You will assess and prioritize patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document progress. Requirements include ADN/BSN, MA RN license, and at least 6 months of healthcare experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience (hospital or long-term care preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
