Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center in Fairport, NY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our long-term care setting. The RN will collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, dignity, comfort, and positive outcomes.

Join our team to administer medications, assess residents, develop care plans, document accurately, and support education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care

Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center | Fairport, NY

Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our long-term care setting. The RN will collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, dignity, comfort, and positive outcomes.

Compensation & Schedule

• $40.00–$42.00/hour, based on certification and post-license experience.
• Shift differentials: +$1.50/hour for weekday evening/night shifts; +10%/hour for weekends.
• Shifts: Days (7 AM–3 PM), Evenings (3 PM–11 PM), Nights (11 PM–7 AM).
• Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week | Part-Time: 22.5 hours/week.
• Every other weekend required.
• $4,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time RNs.
