The RN will collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, dignity, comfort, and positive outcomes.

This role offers competitive pay ($40.00–$42.00/hour), shift differentials, and full-time/part-time options, with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
