Job summary

Vaiden Community Living Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care on our care units. You will perform assessments, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• BLS license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, as ordered by physician and in the plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care based on professional standards and facility policies.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required.

Registered Nurse ( RN ) duties include but are not limited to:
