Job summary

Longwood Community Living Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Booneville, MS. This full-time role offers meaningful patient care, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

The RN will perform medication administration, plan of care execution, and regular rounds to ensure quality care. Strong communication with residents, families, and physicians is essential, along with accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration per physician plan.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident activity and care quality.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate medical records during duty on assigned unit.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full time | Shift Hours- 2pm to 10pm or 10pm to 6am

Registered Nurse ( RN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required
