Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Perform assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Respond to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions.

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
