Job summary

Aviata at Greenacres in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our resident‑centered care team. You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and uphold high clinical standards to ensure compassionate, quality outcomes for our residents.

This full‑time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) offers competitive pay, a 401(k) with match, family health insurance, and a biweekly Perfect Punch bonus. FL RN license and SNF/Rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated to high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with other facility personnel according to policies.
• Supervise CNAs during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Aviata at Greenacres is seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an RN at Aviata at Greenacres, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, person-centered care to our residents while fostering a welcoming environment that values compassion, respect, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations

• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
