Job summary

Aviata at Arbor Springs, part of Aviata Health Group, in Ocala, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will care for residents in a fast-paced, supportive environment, advancing your clinical skills while delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Candidates must be compassionate, dedicated, and able to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with facility personnel and follow policies and procedures.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts, assign tasks, provide training, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at Arbor Springs in Ocala, Florida. As a Registered Nurse with Aviata Health Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while advancing your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
