Job summary

Aviata at Central Park in Brandon, Florida is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will provide person-centered care to residents and supervise staff to ensure care is delivered according to facility standards.

We offer competitive pay ($38-$43 hourly), holiday pay, overtime, a 401k with match, health insurance for the family, and a bi-weekly Perfect Punch bonus of $225. Shifts are 12 hours, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at Central Park in Brandon, Florida. As a Registered Nurse at Aviata at Central Park, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations

• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
