Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in line with standards of care and regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts, assign work, train new staff, ensure standards are met.

Job Summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at Palm Bay! Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
