Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• New graduates welcome; nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document and report changes in patient conditions, including infections and weight changes.
• Follow procedures for incident reporting and narcotic counting; support restraint reduction.
• Participate in rounds with physicians and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Update patient records including admissions, discharges, and room changes.
• Utilize care programs to monitor patient progress.

Position Overview

As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and compassionate care will play a key role in the lives of our residents.

• Weekend and shift differentials on top of regular wages!**

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Nursing experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to monitor patient progress in care programs.
