Job summary

Magnolia Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care for residents in a supportive environment. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort.

We offer 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, weekend and shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Nursing experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document and report changes in patient conditions.
• Follow procedures for incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Participate in rounds with physicians and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Update patient records including room changes, admissions and discharges.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to monitor patient progress in care programs.
