Magnolia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, part of the Alliance Health Group, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Thomasville, NC. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a collaborative work environment focused on quality resident care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing residents, and coordinating with the clinical team. A NC RN license, CPR certification, and ADN or higher are preferred for a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification (First Aid preferred).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Assess residents and monitor changes in their condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
• Perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing assistants and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Communicate changes in resident status promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies.
