Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role you’ll work with high-acuity patients in home settings, applying your clinical judgment with autonomy and support from a dedicated clinical team.

You’ll build trusted relationships with children and families, ensure safety with CDC-aligned practices, and participate in ongoing training and competency development.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Current BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Assess high-acuity pediatric patients and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with families and physicians to deliver continuous care.
• Maintain CDC-aligned safety practices and PPE usage.

Requirements

• Current, active Illinois RN license
