Care Options for Kids seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health. In this role you provide focused, one-on-one nursing in the family home, using your clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy.

You will care for children with high acuity needs, building trusting relationships with families while receiving strong clinical support and opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification required (in-person).
• G-tube, trach or vent experience is preferred or training is available.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Home Health

Requirements

• Current, active Illinois RN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
