Care Options for Kids in Illinois seeks a Registered Nurse to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. You’ll work with each child in their home, apply clinical judgment, and maintain continuity of care with the family and medical team.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent care preferred or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in the home with autonomy and clinical judgment.
• Follow care plans and physician orders to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with families and the broader healthcare team to coordinate care.
