Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, administer, record, and report medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms, and general condition.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Participate in planning and evaluating nursing care with the team.
• Assist with unit management or assume unit charge as assigned.

• Monday - Friday : 6 PM - 6 AM


• Saturday - Sunday : 6 AM - 2 PM


• Saturday - Sunday : 2 PM - 10 PM


• Saturday - Sunday : 10 PM - 6 AM

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observe, administer, record, and report any medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)


• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families


• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients


• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and other patient activities


• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and valid RN license


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities


• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsPhysical strength and stamina


• First aid and CPR certifications
