Job summary

Spokane Falls Care is seeking an LPN to join our weekend shifts in Spokane, WA. The role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing patient care under the Caldera Care umbrella.

Responsibilities

• Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition.
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
