Northgate Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bessemer, AL seeks compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced facility.

• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Northgate Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependableLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Bessemer, Alabama.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

LPN Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alabama

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
