Job summary

Holiday Resort Health & Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Salina, KS. The RN will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to provide care per care plans and collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to support progress.

The role also includes maintaining clinical records, coordinating care with the team, and ensuring compliance with Kansas and federal requirements in areas like infection control and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas or eligibility to practice in Kansas.
• Provide care per patient care plans and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical records for patient care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to ensure compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements (infection control, safety).

As an RN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to:

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all Kansas and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
