Holiday Resort Health & Rehab in Salina, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to provide high-quality patient care.

This role emphasizes coordination with physicians, education for patients and families, and maintaining accurate clinical records while adhering to Kansas and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients per their care plans; may involve conferences with physician, patient, family, and staff.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress.
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements including bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety.

As an RN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to:
