Job summary

Twin Oaks Health & Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join ourteam. You will work under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing to provide care to patients in accordance with their care plans and to communicate with patients and families regarding education and progress.

Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining clinical records, monitoring compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements, and supporting infection control and safety programs.

• Communicate with patients and families about education and progress.
• Review and maintain clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements (bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, fire safety).

As an RN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to:

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all Kansas and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
