Stoneybrook Health & Rehab in Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. You will contribute to high-quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients per care plans and discuss with physicians, patients and families as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care progress and plan.
• Maintain clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Monitor compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements including infection control and safety.

As an RN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Director of Nursing to:

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.

• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.

• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.

• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all Kansas and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
