Job summary

Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for shifts across Wisconsin facilities, with wages at $50 per hour. The role requires signing an 8-week contract with at least 32 hours per week, rotating every other weekend, and potential contract extension based on client needs.

The RN will plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care, supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, and communicate clinical changes with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a long-term care setting (preferred).
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Willing to pick up shifts at facilities located in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through nursing process.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and document accordingly.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy

Requirements

• Willing to pick up shifts at our facilities located in Wisconsin
• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an R.N. in a long term care setting (preferred)
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
