Job summary

Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in Wisconsin facilities. The role offers a premium flat rate with a wage of $50 an hour and a flexible schedule, with many hours available.

Candidates must sign an 8-week contract, work at least 32 hours per week, and rotate every other weekend. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, directing aides, administering medications, and maintaining records according to policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current State RN license.
• Willing to work at facilities in Wisconsin; 1 year RN long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible shifts.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.

Requirements

• Willing to pick up shifts at our facilities located in Wisconsin
• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an R.N. in a long term care setting (preferred)A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
