Job summary

Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide planning and delivery of patient care in Wisconsin facilities. This contract role pays $50 per hour and requires a 12-week commitment, with at least 32 hours per week and rotating weekends.

You will supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, document care, and communicate changes to physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate or current student of an accredited nursing program.
• Current State RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in long-term care (preferred).
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Document changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians/families.
• Complete admission, discharge, transfer records per facility policy.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Wages at $50 an hour!

Please note that to qualify, you must sign a 12-week contract where you are expected to work at least 32 hours per week, rotating every other weekend. Depending on our client's needs, there will be an option to extend the contract.

Job Description:

• To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy

Requirements:

• Willing to pick up shifts at our facilities located in Wisconsin
• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an R.N. in a long term care setting (preferred)
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
