Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Registered Nurse to join its integrated behavioral health team in Arizona. The RN provides patient-centered nursing care, collaborates with physicians, and ensures orders are carried out with oversight from the medical practitioner.

Supervises LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as needed. The RN will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to behavioral and medical crisis situations, maintaining high-quality,

Qualifications

• Current and valid Arizona Board of Nursing license or compact license accepted.
• 1–3 years healthcare experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Execute orders from the medical practitioner and communicate barriers to service to the supervisor.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her manager and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements

• Required: Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
