Newly licensed Registered Nurses are always welcome! We offer FT - Day (7a-7p) and Night (7p-7a) shifts, and PT - Day (7a-7p). The Perfect Punch Program includes a $225 bi-weekly bonus, and 12-hour shifts provide four days off.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows policies and procedures.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, assigns work, and ensures adherence to standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
