Job summary

Award Care is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family-focused team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers Full-Time Day and Night shifts and a bi-weekly Perfect Punch bonus for eligible staff.

Newly licensed RNs are welcome to apply as you grow your skills in a supportive facility. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating resident care, ensuring adherence to policies, and training CNAs while maintaining compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current nursing license (RN) in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable regulations.
• Follows facility policies and coordinates resident care with other staff.
• Supervises CNAs during shifts, assigns work, trains staff, and ensures adherence to standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities - Registered Nurse

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
