Job summary

Award Care is seeking qualified Licensed RNs in Florida to join our family. We offer full-time, PT and PRN night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with a bi-weekly bonus and the Perfect Punch Program.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating resident care with the team, and ensuring care standards meet regulatory requirements. New grads are welcome and Equal Opportunity Employer statements apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to high-quality care.

• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows policies.
• Supervises CNA staff during shifts, assigns work, and ensures standards are met.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
