Job summary

Award Care is seeking qualified licensed RNs to join our family and provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting.

We welcome new grads and offer full-time 7a-7p and part-time 7p-7a shifts with a supportive team that values compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth. New grads are welcome, and we strive to uphold standards of care within our Florida facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with other facility personnel and follows facility policies and procedures.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, assigns work, and ensures standards are met.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
