Job summary

Award Care in Perry, FL is hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts 7pm-7am to join our family.

This role features 12-hour shifts with four days off and a bi-weekly $225 bonus under the Perfect Punch Program. Newly licensed RNs are welcome; experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation preferred.

You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with standards while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees resident care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with other facility personnel while following established policies and procedures.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
