Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions across all shifts. Daily pay is offered, with a pay range of $37/hr to $46/hr, all inclusive.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident health, and ensure care plans are followed with accuracy and compassion. The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR, and the ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in New Jersey (unencumbered).
• Valid BLS CPR certification is required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans created by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
