McKenney Home Care is seeking Florida-licensed RNs for PRN private-duty nursing in clients' homes. You’ll perform skilled visits, assess conditions, and communicate changes to families and physicians. Opportunities include day/evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with a focus on one client at a time.

As a family‑owned agency serving Lee and Collier County, we offer flexible scheduling and 24/7 support to match client needs and your availability.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a private home setting.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Hands-on CPR certification.
• TB test, PPD, or lab screening within required timeframe, or qualifying chest X-ray.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening.
• At least 8 months of home care/private duty/hospice/hospital nursing experience; 12+ preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor client condition in the home setting.
• Identify and promptly communicate changes in condition or significant clinical findings.
• Provide skilled nursing treatments and medication administration as ordered.
• Support clients with chronic conditions, post-hospital needs, and ongoing nursing needs.
• Coordinate and communicate with physicians, families, and the care team as appropriate.
• Provide client and family education related to health, care, and safety.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the WellSky app.
• Follow the established plan of care and agency policies.

McKenney Home Care offers private-duty RN opportunities in clients' homes, allowing you to provide individualized nursing care without the pace of a facility setting.

McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. Through our Bonita Springs office, we are seeking Florida-licensed RNs who are confident working independently, recognize changes in condition, and communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, and the care team.

What's Available

PRN nursing needs may include:

• Skilled nursing visits
• Day or evening visits
• Overnight assignments
• Weekend opportunities
• Recurring cases when available

Scheduling depends on current client needs, your availability, location, clinical experience, and case requirements. PRN hours cannot be guaranteed.

You'll Need to Complete Onboarding

• Dependable attendance and professional conduct
• At least 8 months of home care, private duty, hospice, hospital, or related nursing experience required; 12 months or more preferred.
