Job summary

Working Nurses Homecare Agency is seeking Registered Nurses to join a team of elite clinicians for travel/home health assignments. Nurses will provide care per the patient plan, monitor conditions, and support health promotion while working on the road across Treasure Coast and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, CPR, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with travel flexibility in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Proficient in documentation
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with Geriatric and Pediatric patients preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Treasure Coast and surrounding areas for long/short term assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in accordance with the patient’s plan of care.
• Monitor patient condition and health status.
• Promote health, teach and train patients and families.
• Deliver direct nursing care as part of home health services.

Hospitals and health systems around the areas have partnered with Working Nurses to deliver patient-centered care in the home.

The home health RN is responsible for providing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care to include comprehensive health, monitoring of the patient’s condition, health promotion, teaching and training activities, and direct nursing care.

The ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge of Medicare, excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be computer proficient.
