Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care to clients in Fort Myers, FL. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and visits scheduled based on referrals and client needs, with no guaranteed minimum hours.

You will assess health status, develop care plans, educate families, document care, and supervise caregivers while traveling up to 75% of the time. An active Florida RN license and prior home health experience are required; reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress, concerns, and changes in condition to supervisors and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients in their homes.
• Conduct caregiver evaluations and assess caregivers' skills to ensure quality of care.
• Perform supervisory visits with caregivers to observe care delivery, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with care plans.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for clients in our private duty home health services. In this role, you will assess patient health needs, evaluate caregiver skills, perform supervisory visits, and collaborate with families and caregivers to promote safety, comfort, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized care in the home setting.

****This is a PRN (as-needed) position offering flexibility based on your availability. Visits and assignments are scheduled according to client referrals and operational needs, with no guaranteed minimum number of hours or visits per week. We will work with your availability when coordinating assignments, making this an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking a flexible schedule.****

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
• CPR and other relevant certifications as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
