Job summary

Opis Senior Services Group seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities on assigned shifts. The role ensures care aligns with standards and regulations, with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Full-time and part-time options available; shifts from 7a-3p and 3p-11p; sign-on bonus of $8,000 for full-time. Prioritize quality care, teamwork, and ongoing professional development in a resident-centered setting.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license current in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care.
• CPR/BLS certification; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily nursing activities during shifts.
• Monitor delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to address concerns.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. All duties must align with professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

Qualifications
