Job summary

Good Samaritan Health Care Center in Yakima, WA is seeking a dedicated RN for NOC shifts, starting at top rate of $55.00 per hour plus shift differential. You will provide medication assistance, nursing services, supervision, and support resident well-being in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
