Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team on the evening shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-focused environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
Monday–Friday Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes
Perform routine nursing assessments and approved clinical procedures
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents
Registered Nurse (RN):
Active RN license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
