Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-centered care team. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

We value dependable, patient-focused caregivers who enhance daily living for our residents. You'll provide ADL assistance, monitor vitals, and collaborate with nurses to deliver safe, dignified care.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and providing outstanding resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Measure and document vital signs while accurately recording resident care.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized care that promotes dignity and independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support nurses and the interdisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care.
