Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate RN and LPN candidates for the evening shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM). Join our clinical team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, team-focused environment where your contributions are valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing.
• Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care.
• Commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes.
• Perform routine nursing assessments and approved clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
