Job summary

Mill Creek Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, part of the Alliance Health Group family, seeks a dedicated RN to join a small, resident-centered skilled facility with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort.

Day or evening shifts available (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM). We offer top pay, attendance bonuses, daily pay, training, tuition assistance, and opportunities

Qualifications

Must hold an active North Carolina RN license.
CPR and First Aid certifications required.
Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and resident comfort.
Administer medications and monitor effects.
Take and record vital signs accurately.
Perform wound care and assist with procedures.
Document care and report changes to physician.
Monitor residents and respond to condition changes.
Coach and support nursing staff as needed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
