Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• SNF/LTC, rehab, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete nursing documentation and maintain accurate medical records.

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing? Join our dedicated nursing team and provide exceptional care to residents in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). In this role, you will provide direct resident care, oversee clinical services, support nursing staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
