Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Oakland, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts. Compensation ranges from $37 to $45 per hour, all inclusive, based on experience, shift, and status.

As an RN, you will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered NJ RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
