Marquis Health Consulting Services is partnering with Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Oakland, NJ to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and per-diem shifts. The role offers an hourly rate of $37–$45 based on experience, shift, and status.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure adherence to care plans and documentation standards, while upholding core values of passion, respect, and excellence in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NJ is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.

$37-$45 an hour (All Inclusive based on experience Shift and Status)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
