Paradigm at The Oak in Schulenburg, TX is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care, develop and direct individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with state and facility policies.

CPR and emergency response readiness are required. The role requires an active RN license in the state, an ADN, and prior LTC experience; familiarity with Point Click Care is preferred.
