Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing is actively seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality care in long-term care communities across Chesapeake, Norfolk, and nearby areas in VA. You will provide direct patient care, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Role offers full-time options with flexible shifts (8- and 12-hour), competitive pay, daily pay, and comprehensive benefits. Must hold an active RN license and have LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse and maintain an active license in the employment state or a valid compact license.
• Experience in long-term care facilities is required.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines for long-term care is essential.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in accordance with laws of this state and have at least 6 months experience in long-term care with at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
